BIOGRAPHY

Attorney Cheng specializes in family law matters, covering divorce, custody, elder financial planning, estate division, will drafting, asset succession, as well as civil and criminal disputes arising from family cases.

He notably represented victims of the Formosa Fun Coast water park explosion case, successfully overturning lower court rulings at the Supreme Court, which held the park liable for damages under the Consumer Protection Act.
